8/15/22. Progress update at CASTLE ROCK DR.
Due to wind and rain that occurred during the week of 8/8/22, paint application had to wait until skies were clear and wind was within the acceptable range for paint application. Rain is in the forecast for the remainder of this week through the weekend, and will keep a watch on any window available with clear skies. More updates early next week.

4/4/22. Completion schedule has been updated. Painting progress has been fully caught up after the wind and rain last week that delayed application. Please check back for more progress.
3/29/22. Wind on Monday and rain Tuesday slowed down paint application, and halted work. Wednesday 3/30/22 we will be back onsite applying paint and laying block as scheduled. Please check back for more updates.
3/25/22. Completion schedule updated. Wind has continued to pose a challenge for paint completion. All metal substrates are primed and protected from the elements. We are actively working between wind spells, and are making progress as efficiently as possible.
Current masonry work being completed at the Week of 3/14/22 addresses. More updates to come next week.

3/10/22. Updated completion schedule shown below. Scheduling for demo beginning at the Castle Rock Dr. addresses and onward were pushed back one week due to the challenging logistics of the E Silversmith Trl. (Bella Vista Rd.) build. Block delivery drivers were not to park on Stardust Dr. right off of E Bella Vista and operating their forklifts so close to a major street/intersection. The deliveries were dropped at the staging area at the Lakeview Pool and masons moved materials by hand with pickup/trailer to the job site. E. Silversmith Trl. wall build is scheduled to complete by 3/11/22. The pony walls in the Broken Shale group are scheduled to be completed by Wednesday 3/16/22.
3/9/22. Home owner notifications have been delivered for the remaining addresses in Phase 3 wall repairs.
3/8/22. Weather has played a factor in paint application since it started on 2/14/22, with 10 days having to pull off crews for application- 8 days with one or both conditions of surface temperatures below 50*F in the morning, and or winds sustained above 10 MPH throughout the day (optimal wind conditions for spraying paint are below 6 MPH. 2 days were called off for rain. We are adding an additional crew of applicators next week. Weather permitting, all addresses needing paint through the current date will be complete by 3/21/22. All metal surfaces have been primed and protected from the elements, with CMU block not requiring immediate paint.
3/1/22. Demo began at the 3 scheduled addresses for work, and were completed with footers trenched. Painting application was scheduled to complete houses delayed from the previous week, and were met with another wind delay holding steady at 9-12 MPH. We will be scheduled to apply more paint on Wednesday 3/2/22. Check back for additional updates.
2/24/22. There have been weather related delays this week due to wind and rain. Monday 2/21/22 wind held steady at 18+ MPH. Wednesday 2/23/22 had rain in the forecast, which meant painting could not be performed on Tuesday as it would not have enough time to cure prior to the rain arriving. Wednesday the rain came, and allowing Thursday to be a drying day for CMU and view fencing, the painting application will resume Friday 2/25/22.
7/27/21. The Sunset Dr. and Silver Bullet Trl. group wall builds have been completed. Painting of the walls had been scheduled for last week, and rain took over for the past 10 days. With a better forecast and the newly built block walls drying out, painting will begin Thursday morning 7-29-21, and be completed by Friday.
Job-sites have been cleaned up, and temp fencing has been pulled from all areas.
The next section of installations is set to begin the weeks of 8-9-21, and 8-16-21. This sections will be for 25 addresses that are getting new view fencing installed for deteriorated sections, along with pony wall and view fencing paint at the entire wall for those respective addresses.
Once these installations are completed, Finesse Construction will have finished 52% of the project, with more pony wall, stem wall, and view fencing installations to follow after the August installations. Pictures for finished walls at the Sunset Dr. and Silver Bullet Trl. will be posted to progress pictures next week, as painting and grading will be completed.

7/9/21. Work along the canal this week has completion of lay up at 30710 N Whirlaway Trl, 30520 N Appalachian Trl, and 1020 E Omega Dr. The remaining two addresses were scheduled to be completed this morning, as well as jobsite clean up at both the Sunset Dr. and the Silver Bullet Trl groups. With a heavy heart, unfortunately there was an accident involving two of our masonry crew members this morning, who tragically passed away in an accident. Workers scheduled to be onsite at Johnson Ranch this morning were re-routed to help with this situation. Work at Johnson Ranch will resume tomorrow morning for the remaining lay up, and clean up. We apologize for the delay, as we are focused on helping the family of the masonry members who passed. An updated completion schedule is below. Please see listed dates for expected completion.
7/2/21. The Sunset Dr group (3rd group below) has been laid up completely. The crew will be focusing laying up the last section in this phase of construction next week, the Silver Bullet Trl. group of homes (4th group below). The 4th group brought some extra work needed during the excavation. A few palm trees that covered the trench completely once the footer was removed. Now was the right time to replace these deteriorated walls.
The footers for the 4th group were poured early this morning, and is ready for block to be laid. With the 4th of July holiday landing this weekend, and observed on Monday, Finesse crews will be back onsite on Tuesday morning to work on the lay up. Clean up will be taking place throughout this upcoming week as well for the 3rd group.
Some before and after construction photos have been posted in the "Progress Pictures" tab. Please check back for more updates once the group has been completed.

6/15/21. After several weeks of material supply shortages, production is back on track. As some of you may be aware, the construction industry has been experiencing significant delays with material production in all trades of manufacturing, which has affected the completion schedule for this section of the wall project. Finesse has been hard at work to find all possible solutions to keep the work efficiency at a normal pace. Please understand this is not a normal market due to the lingering effects of manufacturing shortfalls. Many factors have caused the supply issues including the months long COVID19 pandemic shutdown. It is possible there may be additional shortages this year, but know that Finesse will continue working onsite and behind the scenes to keep production as efficient as possible.
******* UPDATE ******* : There was an unexpected water leak that has pushed back the construction schedule by 1 week. This effects the addresses that were originally scheduled for 4/26/21 and 5/10/17 construction starts. Please see below for the updated start dates. The completion schedule is updated through 4-20-2021.
